This policy page serves as the official rules and guidelines for all contests and giveaways conducted by Newtown Dentistry, including those promoted on social media, in-office, or through other channels. Our goal is to ensure fair play, transparency, and clear communication for all participants. By participating in any Newtown Dentistry contest or giveaway, you agree to abide by these rules.

1. Eligibility

• Who can enter:
  • Persons 18 years or older. Children under 18 years can enter with parental guidance, or legal adults can post on behalf of the child.
  • Employees of Newtown Dentistry, their immediate family members, and affiliates are not eligible.
• One entry per person, per social account.

2. How to Enter

• For contest or giveaway entry, please follow the rules detailed in the event materials and/or description outlined for each specific event.
• Entry requirements and methods may vary based on the location of the event (in-office or social media). Entry may require the following: liking a social media post, following a social media account, tagging friends, sharing, commenting, following social accounts, submitting a form, in-office sign-up).
• The event will run from the date shown and posted, through the date provided in the description details. Entries must adhere to all rules to be valid.

3. Prizes

• Please see the event description for prize type/amount and number of opportunities to win.
• Social Media giveaways and contest winners may be tagged or posted to Newtown Dentistry’s social media platforms.
• Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash.
• Winners of prizes are expected to visit the Newtown Dentistry location during office hours to claim their prize.
• Prizes cannot be mailed or given to anyone other than the winner chosen.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners of our contests and giveaways are always chosen at random by drawing.
• Winners may be contacted on social media or via phone call from Newtown Dentistry.
• Winners have 1 month to claim and/or redeem their prize. If not done so, the prize is forfeited, and no additional winner will be selected.

5. General Conditions

• Newtown Dentistry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest/giveaway in unforeseen circumstances.
• Everyone and anyone may be subject to disqualification (e.g., fraudulent activity, violation of rules, tampering with the entry process).
• By entering, you are allowing Newtown Dentistry to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes.
• By entering, participants agree to release Newtown Dentistry from any liability related to the contest or prize.

6. Privacy

• Most contests and events will only ask for social media engagement specified in the event description details. Name and email will be used for internal usage for contest administration, winner notification, and future marketing emails.
• Winner information will only be shared with third parties during collaboration contests and giveaways with said collaborator.
• Our contests and giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
